Our annual meeting was well attended by about 40 people. The discussion was lively and productive. Over 60 members enjoyed the food, and excellent tri-tip BBQ after our annual meeting. We hope to see all of you again next year.
A BIG thank you to Pat Tarpley who handled the BBQ, and to Susan Tarpley for the kitchen clean up. Many thanks to all of the directors who donated their time to make this a successful annual meeting.
We have a new administrative assistant, Cora Bell who has lived here in Lilac Park for many years and also did the same job for almost 10 years. You can reach her at home at (209) 795-4993. Please do not leave messages on the pool phone, especially in the winter, because they will not be picked up. Our Secretary/Treasurer has resigned due to other commitments, so we will be looking for a new director for this position. Also we want to remind you that “pocket bikes” are illegal to use on the roads. Parents are responsible (liable) and can be cited and fined $100.00 per infraction per our CC&R’s.

Our Board of Director’s meetings are now on the 1st Saturday of each month. There are no meetings in December and January.
There are no pending litigations for Arnold Lilac Park, and the assessments are adequate and no pending increases are expected.
