Message from the President: Winter began early this year, Oct. 31st, the snow delighted some but many of us were not quite ready. We are now in the OPEN burn season please be fire safe. Call Air Pollution Control for Burn Day information at 209-754-6600.

We now have a WEB site, our Secretary, Gene Bartee keeps it up to date. Log on to LilacParkHomeownersAssociation.org. Thanks Gene for all the time you devote to this endeavor.

We need more homeowners to get involved with the Association, Volunteers for VIP, alternate Board members, Program manager for Pool Parties, Committee's etc. Please show up at the meeting and give us your input.

Gaylord Blackburn, Pool Manager deserves recognization. He did a great job and we Appreciate his dedication to our pool. He opened and closed the pool 7 days a week for 3 1/2 months, Thank You Gaylord for a Great job.

Our Pool Supervisor this summer was Katie Foster and she did a Great job. Hope to have her back next summer. For those of you who live out of the area, Ebbetts Pass Highway 4 is now designated a National Scenic Highway.

Our VIP program was successful (thanks to Frank & Mike). We appreciate all the efforts you have made to make Lilac Park a fire safe community. We need more VIP volunteers for next Spring, if you can spare a few days per month to assist, please let us know.

Assets & Liabilities Report: There is no pending litigation and assessments are adequate. No increases are being contemplated.

And PLEASE remember we have an occasional Bear in the Park, plus other wildlife, if you have a problem, contact Animal Control at 209-754-6409 or the County Trapper at 209-754-6504

NEW POOL PASS: Enclosed you will find our Admin Asst's. business card. On the back you will see your lot number and name. If you wish entry into the pool this summer you MUST have this card with you. No guests are allowed in the pool without the homeowner or a member of his immediate family. And don't forget the $1. per guest charge to offset pool expenses. NO EXCEPTIONS!

LOT CLEANUP FEES: Lot cleanup fees will be the first charge deducted from any payments made, then the dues. Please keep this in mind when paying your dues. Any billing questions, please call the Admin Asst at 209-728-2899.
