Meeting was changed to the pool as the library was unexpectedly closed.
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by President Alice Taylor. A quorum was established. Board members present were President Alice Taylor, Treasurer Jeff Lindevald; Directors Nancy Cockshott, Frank Samuelson, Michael Willemsen, Dee Willemsen, and Alternate Gaylord Blackburn. Secretary Eugene Bartee, Vice-President: Geri Hill; Directors: Jan Turner and Pat Tarpley; and Administrative Assistant: Sera James were excused.
Guests present were Mike Parker of Sierra Coatings, Mike Dolio (lot 70), and Linda Blythe (lot 98).
Minutes of the previous meeting October 15, were read and approved, Frank Samuelson motioned and Jeff Lindevald seconded. So moved. Minutes of the previous special meeting held on October 29, 2005 were read and approved as corrected, Mike Willemsen motioned and Frank Samuelson seconded. So moved.
Correspondence: None was received and/or reported.
Treasurer’s Report: Will be reviewed during December meeting. Administrative Assistant to get with Treasurer.
Old Business: Discussion was made after Mike Parker talked to the Board and the Board voted to give him $2,000 more and the balance of $2,282.50 in the Spring when the job is complete. Administrative Assistant to send check to Sierra Coatings. Mike Willemsen motioned and Frank Samuelson seconded. Vote 6 yea, 1 nay (Jeff Lindevald). Mike Parker is to store the paint with a low temp blanket so the paint does not freeze over the winter.
Mike Dolio (lot 70) wants to be involved with HOA in meetings and with assistance during the workdays.
Alice motioned and Nancy seconded motion to have Gaylord and Barbara Blackburn and Michael and Dee Willemsen to have dinner at ALPHA’s expense for all of the work that they have done on the pool this summer. Motion passed 6 yea 0 nay.
New Business: Christmas Party will be held on December 15, 2005 at the Sweet Basil Café. Nancy is taking orders for what dinner choice everyone would like to make. Dinnertime is 6pm and Alice is making a copy of the menu and distributing it to all that were not at the meeting. Everyone reminded that there will be a white elephant gift exchange.

Frank Samuelson and Mike Willemsen to obtain a safe deposit box in which to place all important papers of the ALPHA association. Passed 8 yea/0 nay.
Open Forum:
Assets & Liabilities Report: There are no pending litigations and the assessments are adequate. No increases are being contemplated.
Meeting was adjourned 11:00. Next meeting will be held on February 11, at 10:00 at Arnold Public Library.
