The meeting was called to order at 10:10 by President Alice Taylor. A quorum was established. Directors present were President Alice Taylor, Vice-President Geri Hill, Dee Willemsen, Nancy Cockshott, and Gaylord Blackburn. Absent were Director Jan Turner, Secretary Eugene Bartee and Treasurer Jeff Lindevald.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Administrative Assistant Sera James made a report of expenditures and revenues generated since the last meeting. Treasurer's report is tabled to next month.
Correspondence -- Sera read correspondence from Calaveras County Superior Court, four Notice of Intended Dismissal's were received. The notices were for four different homeowners - Old father, Stirm, Howard, and Valverde. Frank Samuelson is forwarding the notices to Pro Solutions.
There was one phone call received by an anonymous caller regarding a barking dog.
Old Business - Christmas party will be held at Sweet Basil on Thursday December 9th with no host cocktails between 5 and 6:30 and dinner at 6:30.
There were four choices for dinner with one to be eliminated via other voting directors. Alice will be inviting Merita Callaway to join us. The dinner will be followed by a White Elephant Gift Exchange. Please bring a gag gift.
Alice is going to investigate the history of the CCR's at the County Recorders office. When this is complete, board to date the correct version for disbursement.
New Business -Gaylord is winterizing the pool and Alice is planning on presenting the Spring schedule shortly.
Michael Willemsen will be doing some temporary repairs to the bus stop on Lilac Drive.
Alice made a motion to nominate Mike Willemsen to the Board of Directors to fill the seat vacated by Mike Willemsen. Seconded by Nancy. So moved.
Mike made a motion to nominate Frank Samuelson to the Board of Directors to fill the seat vacated by Frank Samuelson. Seconded by Alice. So moved.
There are no pending law suits or litigations, there are no impending assessments.
Next board meeting to be held at Sweet Basil, Thursday, December 9th 2004 at 6:25 pm.
No Board of Directors Meeting in January.
Board of Directors meeting for February 12th will be held at 10:00 am at Lakemont Homeowners Association Community Building.
